At Hijau Philosophy we stand by all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for a refund, store credit or an exchange. Please do contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 business days of receipt of product/s.
If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way please contact us within 7 business days and we will pay for the mistake to be shipped or returned. If you do not contact us within the time given, you are responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be issued a store credit for the product. You may also choose to wait till we have restocked.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together. Goods must be in good condition.Packaging should be in its original shipping condition (as received). If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, refunds will therefore not be granted. Green Philosophy Enterprise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have received, checked and confirm the goods/products, a refund will be proccessed within 7 working days (after confirmation).
