Rest assured that all paid orders will be quickly processed and delivered accordingly.
We are only shipping within Peninsular and East Malaysia and Singapore at the moment.
Shipping costs are determined by your location and total weight of orders made. You may choose delivery methods and costs accordingly. FREE SHIPPING Is available for the following:-
i) Peninsular/East Malaysia - FREE for purchases above RM 98 (per order)
ii) Singapore - FREE for purchases above RM 300 (per order)
Please note that actual delivery time may vary accordingly and is stipulated in the shipping selection page:-
i) No changes of delivery address will be entertained once order(s) have been shipped
ii) No changes or cancellation is allowed once order(s) have been shipped
iii) Order will be packed and prepared on working business days accordingly
Return & Exchange Policy
Hijau Philosophy is specializes in essential oils. Every product procured is done with great meticulousness and care. Understandably If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you may request for a refund, store credit or an exchange. Please do contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt of product/s.
If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way please contact us within 3 business days and we will pay for the mistake to be shipped or returned. If you do not contact us within the time given, you are responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item. If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be issued a store credit for the product. You may also choose to wait till we have restocked.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together. Goods must be in good condition. Packaging should be in its original shipping condition (as received). If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, refunds will therefore not be granted. Green Philosophy Enterprise will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have received, checked and confirm the goods/products, a refund will be processed within 7 working days (after confirmation).
