Pink grapefruit is a bright, calming yet cheerful essential oil that may help reduce mental tension and feelings of depression. Popular for its skin tonic clarifying effects as it helps promote healthy skin (especially oily skin types,) aids lymphatic stimulation, supports minor body aches/pains and inflammation relief. Its natural antiseptic properties makes for a good addition to a deodorizing blend.

Method of usage: Add a few drops to base oils/creams/lotions (please refer to Skin Dilution Chart) for skin care or massage purposes. Diffuse between 5-6 drops (every 100ml of water) and enjoy its relaxing, uplifting and calming effects. Blends well with ylang ylang, frankincense, lavender, peppermint and citrus scents.
